The article presents an analysis and interpretation of the health benefits Nordic walking in general. possibility using this practice diseases acquired conditions environmental degradation. Comparison with brisk jogging terms their effect on heart rate, maximum oxygen uptake, quality life, other health-related criteria. According to study, was found be a form physical activity compelling overall had better short-term long-term effects cardiorespiratory system compared walking. Short-term show higher VO2, respiratory exchange lactate thresholds, calorie expenditure.
